…we will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the problem


That said, because each book is custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

Incorrect name or details submitted at checkout

Typos provided during the ordering process

We kindly ask that you double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
